Refund policy

At Maso Palm, we want you to shop with peace of mind. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window to make things right.

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@masopalm.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

• If you require us to collect the item from you, $10 will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
